Transwide Delivers Software as a Service (SaaS)
Transwide has been built and continues to be built in collaboration with its customers. This has always been a bottom up approach to product development. As a communication platform between Shippers and their logistic network we deliver tools which foster collaboration, it is therefore natural that we apply the same philosophy when working with our customers. Our Logistics and IT experts constantly listen to our customers and combine requests to make the platform evolve. The end result is simply a set of solutions that are easy to learn, to use but yet have the flexibility of managing complex logistics processes.

From day one Transwide has realized that the communication element was the heaviest part of logistics network management and that transport execution was a black hole for most companies. Since then we focus on those two aspects to provide our clients with connectivity, functionality and visibility during the entire transport execution process. that go with those. Transwide is run directly from our servers. Your
costs vary depending on your usage.

solutions with the support of our team. This means no 3rd party
supplier to manage the project and no need to configure the application

daily: a dedicated project manager ensures your implementation is on
schedule and monitors the entire project; Transwide provides a
multilingual customer support; we also have training and system
integration specialists to interface your IT systems with the Transwide
platform.

customers and collaborate closely with them to develop new
functionalities and solutions. An updated version of Transwide is
released two/three times a year and can be accessed by all users.
