Software as a Service (SaaS)

Delivering value starts with our application and all the business processes it covers, optimizing transport execution processes. It would already be a nice story but we enhance the delivered value by being a Software as a Service company. What does this mean?

1 No upfront investment in servers, software licenses and all the maintenance costs that go with those. Transwide is run directly from our servers. Your costs vary depending on your usage.

2 Easy to configure solutions with the support of our team. This means no 3rd party supplier to manage the project and no need to configure the application for months. In a few weeks you are up and running and get the benefit from our solutions.

3 A wide array of services delivered daily: a dedicated project manager ensures your implementation is on schedule and monitors the entire project; Transwide provides a multilingual customer support; we also have training and system integration specialists to interface your IT systems with the Transwide platform.

4 On demand product development. We consult our customers and collaborate closely with them to develop new functionalities and solutions. An updated version of Transwide is released two/three times a year and can be accessed by all users.

All those ingredients allow us to roll out projects at fast pace ensuring ROI is reached in months instead of years.

Interconnectivity

Interconnectivity simply is a set of solutions that allow you to seamlessly integrate your entire logistics “ecosystem”, providing everyone with visibility and homogenizing processes.

MultiModal Transport

In a global environment it is necessary to be able to transport your goods across country and continent borders. In doing so, you will need to utilize a combination of transport modes. Transwide’s holistic logistic solutions cover the full spectrum of shipment methods to ensure your goods get from A to Z (road, rail, deep sea, short sea, barge, ...).

Global

Our customers are companies that require global as well as local visibility; this is why we have implemented a global service delivery. Our multilingual solutions and customer support are available right across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) & NAFTA (USA, Canada & Mexico) regions and cover the majority of the world's working languages – English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, …

It's about customers

Transwide was the original pioneer of logistic connectivity hubs in Europe over six years ago and has since then grown at an astonishing rate of over 10% month on month, expanding out of Europe and into NAFTA and Africa. It is this coverage that explains why our client list reads like a ‘who’s who’ of global brands and household names, such as Danone, DHL, Masterfoods, Procter & Gamble, Solvay, Yara, Invista, Rexam…Transwide’s solutions are fully backed by an experienced and trained Customer Service department – in fact, in our recent summer 2006 customer survey, 94% of the respondents rated our customer service either ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.

Stable

Transwide is a subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer (listed on the Amsterdam Euronext - €4.2bn in sales and 20,000 employees) this means we have the facilities and backing necessary to fulfil our promises. In six short years Transwide has evolved from a European industry pioneer to an established Global industry leader.

Neutral

Transwide's solutions have been designed to serve both carriers and shippers equally. Transwide has no shippers or carriers in its shareholder base, which means we only concentrate on offering solutions that benefit the logistic community as a whole.
