F4F Agriculture (F4F), the world’s leading B2B eCommerce provider for agriculture, and Transwide, the innovation leader in Internet-based Transport Management Solutions (TMS), have entered into a partnership to offer integrated e-logistics solutions to the European agri / food markets.
This partnership means that both partners will integrate their technology platforms to present a broader set of B2B / eCommerce and transport management services to an expanded community.
F4F and Transwide have both developed a strong market position, delivering different but highly complementary services.
This partnership will provide businesses involved in the agri / food industries with a unique end-to-end solution, which stretches from electronic order to cash, inventory control and product management through to logistics, transportation and CMR.
“In a market which is becoming increasingly dependent on complete supply-chain efficiency, many of our customers have been asking for a solution to manage transport processes for quite some time”, states Nick Evans, CEO of F4F. “After reviewing the market, and because we already had common clients, we felt that Transwide was the partner most suited to meet their requests.”
“Both our companies deliver collaborative platforms and have achieved a strong presence in the Agro Industry”, says Fabrice Maquignon, CEO of Transwide. “Our clients suggested that we join forces to deliver more integration, while adding the management of sophisticated transport processes. In F4F we have found a partner which shares the same values of delivering solutions with a fast return on investment, and we are looking forward to a very successful collaboration.”
